Very good experience with sales and service, especially the service part. You installed a RUUD A/C system which had a couple of failures right after installation. It was also right after summer was over, so we have not had a chance to put it to the test yet. However the 2 times it failed, your crews came right out and fixed it. The guys were quiet neat and efficient, and completed work in a timely manner. They were not sure of freon level and will have to get that rechecked when there is hotter weather. They did not leave drain stopper as requested but after a call from me they returned with it. Overall a satisfactory job

I have nothing negative to say about your company or your employees. All of them. but one, have been neat, clean, friendly and know what they are doing. I like the idea of having the same service person come every time. They know what is going on, eventually figure out my way of telling them what I think is going on. That makes for more confidence. Service call to check why heat would not fire up on our system that was installed in June at 5714 Anita St. Service man, Luke, found wiring not connected correctly on thermostat. Changed, corrected and totally explained operation of system. Most efficient service yet.

It was very good ... he came early .. the office called to let me know he was on his way .... he was checking the heater ... since you put a new one in last year everything very smooth.... nice young man ....

The only problem was that it made my windows vibrate loudly but it was resolved by your crew the very next day with no repeats.

You have a good operation. Telephone personnel are pleasant and helpful. Techs show up ON TIME. They do not leave any debris behind. They are careful to wipe their feet before coming in. You are to be commended for your people and service.

New system installed a year ago. Still checking to see if it improved energy use. Fan on condenser was bad (and replaced under warranty) in less than a year. Service work great by Wilson.

My experience with Seth and the installation crew did not disappoint after a number of favorable recommendations from my colleagues at WFAA and neighbors in Old Lake Highlands. I am having some issues with air flow from one of the air handlers, seems to be much less than powerful than previous unit. Obviously, I await the first utility bill to judge the value of the upgrade.

All of my questions were answered with a satisfactory explanation. I felt like the guy checking the A/C was trying to do the best thing for my situation. The turn around was quick.

Luke and his trainee did a great job cleaning the unit and testing all operating functions - one of the best inspection jobs I've had done by Wilson. Still haven't recvd - Wilson Family Plan Documents.

Our upstairs air conditioning unit went out in July. Your service responded within 2 hours even though we called in the afternoon. Your sales person outlined our options and gave us the facts. We also understood other opportunities at the time. Installation was next day, on time, and on budget.

GREAT! The service guys are very respectful and friendly. They took the time to explain what the problem was, several times as I was confused. Also took the time to try to find the best solution when the original solution proved too costly! I will definitely recommend Wilson! Our blower fan on the air conditioning went out. My wife has breathing problems that get worse if she gets hot. We were put on the emergency list and the problem was fixed that morning before it got hot.
